“In this class, we will focus on the why and how of making herbal infused chocolates. We will explore a few different vegan herbal infusions. We will make chocolate truffles and a chocolate bark and each student will walk away full of chocolate, knowledge, recipes, and a few truffles. I am very excited to share a sweet afternoon with you!” says Hailey Cohn.
Hailey is a chef, herbal chocolatier, and owner of Satori Foods LLC. Satori Foods (formerly Soul Food and Confections). She creates deliciously nourishing meals and confections, and specializes in whole foods catering and Herb Infused Chocolates. She attended culinary school in Vermont and has worked in many restaurants throughout her culinary career. When her daughter Satori was born, Hailey created her own business using healing herbs and chocolate to make medicinal treats filled with the most divine healing energies.
